三和精化公告称，公司控股股东Sanvo Fine Chemicals Limited于7月16日告知，已同意透过配售代理以竭诚基准出售3763.6万股公司股份，占已发行股本总数约8%。此外，视市场状况，其可额外出售4234.1万股，占已发行股本总数约9%。董事会预计，出售事项不会对集团业务营运及财务状况造成不利影响。
