格隆汇7月16日丨盛视科技(002990.SZ)公布，为满足公司全资子公司深圳盛视风云科技有限公司（简称“盛视风云”）的业务发展需要，公司拟使用自有资金以现金方式对盛视风云增资人民币19,000万元，对应新增注册资本人民币19,000万元。本次增资事项完成后，盛视风云的注册资本将由人民币1,000万元增加至人民币20,000万元。
