7月16日，复星医药（600196.SH）公告称，2025年度A股权益分派方案已获2026年6月16日召开的2025年度股东会审议通过。本次权益分派以总股本扣除已回购但未注销股份后的2,639,554,073股为基数，每股派发现金红利0.39元（税前），预计共派10.29亿元（税前），其中A股派8.18亿元（税前）。股权登记日为2026年7月24日，除权（息）日和现金红利发放日为7月27日。
