7月15日，日本千叶县柏市一女护士涉嫌将粪便混入输液管，致患者死亡后被警方逮捕。
警方称，这名女护士于1月30日凌晨，在一名75岁男性患者输液管中混入粪便。报道称，事发当晚仅两名医护人员值班，这名女护士是其中之一。事发后这名男性患者因病情突然恶化去世，目前警方正在详细调查事件经过。
