7月15日19时许，在四川省宝兴县境内，一成都牌照的中型旅游车冲出路基，坠向下方河滩。事发之后，当地公安、消防、应急和急救等部门赶往现场救援。据现场救援人员反馈，车辆受损明显，有人员被救出时情况危急。
