【入伏首日上海用电负荷创历史新高】7月15日15时39分，上海电网最高用电负荷达4221.6万千瓦，较去年最高值4215.9万千瓦增加5.7万千瓦，创历史新高。空调降温负荷集中释放成为拉动电网负荷攀升的首要推手，据测算空调降温负荷约占全市总负荷的44%。这已是今年第5个高温日，也是本周以来用电负荷第二次突破4000万千瓦关口。（上观新闻）
