每经AI快讯，7月15日，ST龙大(002726.SZ)公告称，公司与莱阳恒基工程有限公司签署《债务代偿与债权确认协议》，莱阳恒基向公司提供3.63亿元贷款，专项用于“龙大转债”到期本息兑付。兑付完成后，莱阳恒基对公司形成等额代偿普通债权。若后续资金到位，兑付登记日为2026年7月16日，资金发放日为7月17日。
