永和股份7月15日公告，拟以集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份，回购总金额不低于1.5亿元且不超过3亿元。回购价格不超过38元/股。回购股份将部分用于员工持股计划或股权激励，部分用于减少注册资本（回购注销）。回购期限为自股东会审议通过本次回购股份方案之日起不超过9个月。
