醫匯集團公告稱，2026年7月15日，公司間接附屬公司就租賃尖沙咀物業、中環物業（一）、中環物業（二）分別訂立租賃協議。尖沙咀物業租期自2027年1月1日至2028年12月31日，月租金14.85萬港元；中環物業（一）及（二）租期自2026年7月15日至2028年7月14日，月租金分別為3.24萬港元、6.48萬港元。根據相關規則，訂立上述租賃協議視為收購資產，均構成公司須予披露交易。
