八马茶叶公告称，2026年7月15日，公司以每股20.32-20.56港元的价格，回购27,800股股份，付出价格总额570,548港元。此次回购后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）减至84,769,300股，库存股份增至150,700股。公司于2026年4月21日通过回购授权，可回购股份总数为5,298,687股，截至7月15日，累计回购150,700股，占授权通过当日已发行股份（不包括库存股份）的0.2844%。下次新股发行或库存股份再出售或转让暂止期至2026年8月14日。
