人民财讯7月15日电，国联水产(300094)7月15日晚间公告，公司美国全资子公司Liancheng Investments, LLC拟以1700万美元（折合人民币约1.15亿元），向LBA-Logistics出售其持有的位于美国加利福尼亚州尤尼恩城的房地产。根据公司初步测算，本次交易预计将对公司2026年财务状况产生积极影响。
