7月15日，海航科技（600751.SH）公告称，2026年6月15日公司董事会同意用9000万元~1.8亿元自有资金或金融机构回购专项借款回购A股股份，用于员工持股或股权激励，回购价上限调整为不超5.272元/股。近日，公司获招商银行上海分行《贷款承诺函》，借款1.521亿元且不超交易对价90%，期限3年，专项用于回购公司股票，担保条件为信用，承诺函有效期12个月，具体以贷款合同为准，对公司经营及业绩无重大影响。
