喜欢吃土豆饼又不知道怎么做，按照我这个方法来吧

土豆饼是一种很流行的小吃，很多人都喜欢吃土豆饼，但就是做不好，要么就是嫌太麻烦。

今天我教大家一种非常简单又容易上手的做法，保证让你一次就学会，而且还特别的好吃！

土豆是一种既好吃又非常便宜的食材，而且营养丰富，它含有大量的碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪、膳食纤维、维生素、胡萝卜素以及钾、钙、磷、铁、镁等多种营养物质。所以喜欢吃土豆的可以放心的多吃！

1.准备食材，新鲜小土豆，也叫迷你小土豆，大小在鸡蛋的三分之二左右最为合适，小葱两根即可，调料的话可以准备一点椒盐和辣椒面（辣椒面可以根据自己的需要，放不放都无所谓），没有椒盐也没有关系，平常家里面的调料也是可以的！

2.土豆清洗干净，然后放入蒸锅中，把土豆蒸熟之后取出来放凉，这个时候你可以选择剥皮或者不剥皮都可以，小葱切成葱花！

3.放凉的小土豆取一个放在案板上面用刀给它压扁，也可以用一个干净的食品袋，把土豆一个个的放进去，用手掌给它压扁，一个个小小的土豆饼就成型了，放入盘中备用！

4.起锅烧油，家有不粘锅的最好，适量油，油热以后放入压好的土豆饼，慢慢的煎，一面煎黄之后再换另外一面，煎至两面金黄即可，没有不粘锅又怕煎不好的，我们可以直接油炸，炸至两面金黄也是可以的！

5.炸好的土豆捞出控油，倒去多余的油，再把土豆倒入锅中，有椒盐的放椒盐搅拌均匀即可，没有椒盐的可以撒上适量食用盐，鸡精味精，辣椒面花椒面，小葱花，快速翻炒均匀之后即可起锅装盘！http://m.lxshenran.com/78201.shtml
