7月14日，中原证券（601375/01375）发布公告，预计2026年半年度实现归母净利润3.8亿元至4.3亿元，与上年同期相比，将增加1.2亿元至1.7亿元，同比增加45.98%至65.19%。预计扣除非经常性损益为3.6亿元至4.1亿元，增加1.07亿元至1.57亿元，同比增加42.17%至61.91%。
本期业绩预增的主要原因：资本市场有稳中向好的发展态势，公司积极实施多项战略措施，推动财富管理和投资业务等收入增长，使公司整体经营业绩稳步提升。
