2026年7月14日，江化微(603078.SH)公告，公司以自有资金对全资子公司镇江江化微增资9000万元，其中计入注册资本8634.0577万元，计入资本公积365.9423万元。
增资完成后，镇江江化微注册资本由77777.7951万元增至86411.8528万元，仍为公司全资子公司。截至公告日，其已取得镇江经济技术开发区行政审批局换发的《营业执照》，注册资本已完成变更登记。
