据“沈阳发布”7月14日消息，沈阳市气象台发布暴雨红色预警信号。7月13日0时至14日5时，沈阳市沈河区、皇姑区、大东区平均降水量302毫米，最大降水量368毫米，出现在皇姑北陵泵站；沈抚示范区平均降水量210毫米，最大降水量276毫米，出现在汪家。
预计未来6到8小时，上述地区部分乡镇或街道还将出现50到100毫米的降水，过程累计降水量将达到450毫米以上，发生山洪的风险较大，请注意防范。
