新华社华盛顿7月13日电 美国总统特朗普13日称，美国计划控制霍尔木兹海峡，并应该因“守护”这条重要水道而获得补偿。
特朗普在接受美国福克斯新闻频道电话采访时称，“我们会守住海峡，而且很可能会掌控它。我们将成为海峡的守护者，并应该为此获得补偿。”
特朗普还威胁对伊朗发动袭击。他说：“他们(伊朗)总是撕毁协议。我们与这些人达成过10项协议，所以我们将非常严厉地打击他们。”
