石油输出国组织（欧佩克）13日发布《2026年7月石油市场月报》，将2026年全球石油需求增长预期较上月小幅下调至日均80万桶。其中，经合组织国家需求增量约4万桶/日，新增需求仍主要来自非经合组织经济体。
此外，报告认为，受市场预期中东地区紧张局势缓和以及供应前景改善等因素影响，6月份国际油价明显回落，但全球原油市场基本面仍保持稳定。
