7月13日，天际股份（002759.SZ）公告，公司于2026年7月13日收到广东证监局下发的《行政处罚事先告知书》，认定公司披露的2023年年度报告存在虚假记载。根据《深圳证券交易所股票上市规则（2026年修订）》第9.8.1条之第（八）项规定，公司股票自2026年7月15日起被实施其他风险警示，股票简称由“天际股份”变更为“ST天际”，证券代码仍为“002759”，股票交易的日涨跌幅限制不变，仍为10%。公司股票自2026年7月14日（星期二）开市起停牌一天，将于2026年7月15日（星期三）开市起复牌。
