新京报贝壳财经讯 7月13日，中国软件公告称，预计2026年半年度归属于母公司所有者的净利润为亏损1200万元-1440万元。业务结构仍处于转型升级期，阶段性亏损依然存在。报告期预计同比大幅减亏主要原因是上年同期公司对股权资产计提减值。
