7月13日，中国软件（600536.SH）公告称，预计2026年半年度归属于母公司所有者的净利润为-1440万元到-1200万元，扣除非经常性损益后的净利润为-3000万元到-2500万元。上年同期归属于母公司所有者的净利润为-7452.63万元。本期业绩变动主要因业务结构处于转型升级期，且上年同期对股权资产计提减值，故今年上半年大幅减亏。
