2026年7月13日，南京医药(600713.SH)公告，公司于7月9日在全国银行间市场发行2026年度第二期中期票据，发行总额5亿元，期限3年，起息日7月10日，兑付日2029年7月10日，发行利率1.68%，簿记管理人及主承销商为浦发银行，联席主承销商为杭州银行。
本次募集资金将用于补充流动资金及偿还银行贷款。
