据新华社北京7月12日电（记者 邹雨沁）中央气象台预报，12日早晨，台风“巴威”强度已由台风级减弱为强热带风暴级，预计将于13日在安徽东部转向东北方向移动。受“巴威”及远距离水汽输送影响，12日至14日，福建、浙江、江西、安徽、江苏、山东及东北地区将有强降雨，暴雨灾害风险高。
