杏鲍菇这么做馋哭全家！5分钟学会神级素菜

杏鲍菇有的地方叫作鸡腿菇，杏鲍菇也是一种营养价值丰富的菌类食材，它具有抗菌抑菌、通便等作用，它富含膳食纤维，可促进肠道蠕动，降低血脂，提高机体免疫力等作用，所以，适当的吃一些菌类食物对身体也是有益的哦！

杏鲍菇作为一种比较受欢迎的食材之一，它的做法同样也是五花八门的，今天给大家分享的这种做法可能很多人都没有吃过，有可能都没有听说过，我也是最近才学到的这种做法，感觉味道真的很不错，所以在此分享给大家，喜欢这道美食的小伙伴记得帮我点点关注和小红心支持一下，非常感谢大家！

1.准备食材，新鲜杏鲍菇适量，大蒜头适量，干辣椒和干花椒适量，香菜适量。需要用到的调料有：盐，生抽，鸡精味精，白糖，白芝麻，孜然粉！

2.处理食材，杏鲍菇清洗干净之后把它切成粗丝，也可以切成一段一段之后用手撕成丝，香菜切成小段，大蒜头切成蒜片，干辣椒剪成段备用！

3.开始制作，首先起锅烧水，水开之后倒入杏鲍菇焯水，再次煮开之后一分钟左右即可捞出控水！

4.再次起锅烧油，油热以后倒入杏鲍菇煸炒，炒至杏鲍菇外表金黄，有点点焦香的感觉最好，这样的杏鲍菇更香哦，然后捞出控油！
