15时，浙江省海洋监测预报中心根据《海洋灾害应急预案》发布风暴潮警报解除通报。
目前第9号台风“巴威”（热带风暴级）已远离我省并逐渐减弱，我省沿岸各岸段潮位将逐步恢复正常，本次风暴潮警报解除，特此通报。但是天文大潮仍然较大，特别是舟山、宁波沿岸部分岸段天文潮较高，高潮位也接近当地蓝色警戒级别，沿海低洼地段仍需要注意防潮。
