7月11日23时20分前后，今年第9号台风“巴威”以台风级在浙江省玉环市坎门街道沿海登陆，成为今年以来登陆我国的最强台风。登陆后,“巴威”将继续给福建、浙江等地制造强风雨，随后深入内陆，由于其“体型”庞大，强降雨将波及江西、安徽、湖北、河南、京津冀等十余省区市。
