人民网天津7月11日电 据水利部海河水利委员会消息，2026年7月11日18时，海河流域滦河系滦河潘家口水库入库流量为2240立方米每秒，为2026年滦河第一次达到编号标准的洪水。依据水利部《全国主要江河洪水编号清单》，确定此次洪水编号为“滦河2026年第1号洪水”。
