台风“巴威”临近，水务部门己对全市河网和排水管网水位实施预降和预抽空，已腾出调蓄库容超4.5亿立方米，相当于18万个标准游泳池水量；应急部门已开始组织浦东、奉贤、金山等沿海地区及临港新片区、化工区、洋山港等危险区域人员实施转移撤离，截至12时已撤离3.4万人。
