2.所有食材全部清洗干净，然后把儿菜改刀切成大一点的块状，生姜切成姜片！

3.开始制作，首先起锅烧水，水中加入适量盐，然后让人姜片，烧开之后直接倒入儿菜煮，煮熟即可倒入汤碗中！

5.调制蘸水，小米辣和蒜泥的碗中加入适量花椒面和干辣椒面，淋上适量热油激发出香味，然后倒入小葱香菜，调味加适量盐，生抽陈醋，鸡精味精，少许白糖，用勺子搅拌均匀即可！
