西红柿炒花菜绝对是大多数人的认知以外的一种做法，它不仅色香味俱全，而且还特别有食欲，让人一看就想大快朵颐的那种，这样的美食谁还能经得起诱惑呢？你们说对吧？下面我就把这道美食的做法分享给大家！

1.准备食材，新鲜花菜适量，黑木耳少许，番茄一个，大蒜头适量，小葱两根！

2.食材清洗干净，花菜切成小块，木耳泡发清洗干净，大蒜头剁成蒜泥，小葱切成葱段，番茄切成小块备用！

3.开始制作，首先起锅烧水，水中加适量盐和食用油，水开之后倒入花菜和木耳焯水，煮至花菜断生即可捞出控水！

4.煮花菜的空闲时间咱们来调制一个料汁，取一个空碗，碗中加适量蚝油，生抽少许，盐少许，鸡精味精白糖各适量，淋入适量水淀粉，用勺子搅拌均匀备用，这样炒的时候就特别方便了！
