亿腾嘉和公告称，7月10日，公司回购2.3万股，每股价格在1.87-1.91港元，付出价格总额43,680港元（约4.37万元）。本次回购后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）为1,990,528,274股，库存股份为23,513,500股。公司于6月26日通过回购授权决议，可回购股份总数为199,074,827股，截至7月10日已累计回购22万股，占决议通过当日已发行股份（不包括库存股份）的0.01%。
