维珍妮国际公告称，董事会批准2026年维珍妮智创物业租赁协议。根据香港财务报告准则第16号，该协议项下租赁物业将被确认为使用权资产，集团作为承租人须将租赁确认为使用权资产及租赁负债。将予确认的使用权资产未经审核价值约为2047.5万港元。该公告为6月29日公告的补充，除上述内容外，原公告资料均维持不变。
