决定书显示，横峰恒通村镇银行股份有限公司存在以下情形：违反金融统计相关规定；违反反假货币业务管理规定；违反安全管理规定。
针对上述违法行为，国家金融监督管理总局上饶监管分局对横峰恒通村镇银行股份有限公司给予警告，并处罚款35.475万元。
