星空华文公告称，2026年7月10日，公司以每股0.8 - 0.86港元的价格，于香港联交所回购49,600股股份，付出的价格总额为41,372.29港元。此次回购后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数目减少至397,927,768股，库存股份数目增加至610,400股。公司可根据购回授权回购股份的总数为39,847,086股，截至7月10日已回购543,100股。在此次股份回购后，再进行任何新股发行或库存股份再出售或转让的暂停期截至2026年8月9日。
