MARA Holdings(MARA.US)大涨超19%，报14.34美元。消息面上，MARA Holdings签署最终协议，将从HIF USA手中收购位于德克萨斯州马塔戈达县一块超过1200英亩的具备电力基础设施的用地。该用地预计到2027年10月可提供最高1吉瓦的电网容量，到2028年4月可达2吉瓦。MARA计划与Starwood Digital Ventures共同将该用地开发为大型数字基础设施园区，支持高性能计算及比特币挖矿。(格隆汇)
