鲈鱼花样新吃法，麻辣鲜香，简简单单几步美食即成！

鲈鱼作为一种营养价值很高的水产品，在生活中非常受大家的喜爱，它的肉质细嫩，最主要的是它的鱼刺也特别的少，除了一根主骨和少许鱼刺就没有了，所以这也是大家都比较喜欢它的原因之一吧！

鲈鱼鲈鱼作为一种高营养的食物，对咱们人的身体营养补充也有很多益处，比如鲈鱼含的蛋白质、维生素A、B族维生素、钙、镁、锌、硒等营养元素；具有补肝肾、益脾胃、化痰止咳之效，对肝肾不足的人有很好的补益作用！

面对如此好的食材，它的烹饪方式也是五花八门，其中最受大家欢迎的应该就是清蒸鲈鱼和酸菜鱼了吧？今天要教大家一个不一样的做法，小炒鲈鱼，也就是把鲈鱼炒着吃，你们会不会觉得很新奇的样子？下面我就把它的烹饪方式分享给大家，喜欢的小伙伴可以跟着我一起制作起来哦！

第一步：准备食材，新鲜鲈鱼一条，生姜大蒜头适量，泡椒和泡姜各适量，小米辣和二荆条适量，大葱一根即可！

第二步：鲈鱼宰杀之后清洗干净，踢出鱼骨只取鱼肉部分，然后再把鱼肉切成大小均匀的丁，冲洗干净，控干水分，放入碗中码味去腥，加适量盐，鸡精味精，少许胡椒粉和料酒，用手抓拌均匀之后加少许干淀粉，再次抓匀腌制备用！

第三步：把所有辅料清洗干净，二荆条和小米辣切圈，大葱切成小圈，泡椒和泡姜剁细，生姜大蒜头剁成颗粒备用！

第四步：开始制作，起锅烧油，油热以后倒入鲈鱼丁过一下油，定型之后即可起锅控油！

第五步：锅留底油，下花椒，姜蒜末爆香，继续下泡椒和泡姜末炒香，加少许红油豆瓣酱增香提色炒出红油，倒入鱼丁翻炒均匀！
