人民财讯7月9日电，7月9日，针对广西南宁、贵港等地严重洪涝灾害，国家防灾减灾救灾委员会将国家救灾响应级别提升至三级，派出由有关部门组成的联合工作组赴灾区实地查看灾情，指导和协助地方做好受灾群众转移安置、基本生活保障及灾后应急恢复等工作。
