红太阳7月9日披露业绩预告，预计2026年上半年归母净利润为9500万元-1.05亿元，同比扭亏为盈，上年同期亏损2.08亿元。
报告期内，公司归母净利润实现扭亏为盈，主要系主业经营持续改善及子公司债务重组收益确认所致。预计本期非经常性损益约1.38亿元，主要来自上述债务重组收益。扣非后净利润亏损同比、环比均有所收窄。
