7月9日，ST棕榈（002431）发布公告，公司（原告）与鹤壁市淇滨区市政建设发展中心（被告）的建设工程施工合同纠纷，已获一审判决，公司胜诉。法院判令被告向公司支付工程款约1.08亿元及相应利息，同时驳回公司的其他诉讼请求。
2026年一季度，ST棕榈实现收入2.63亿元，归母净利润-1.27亿元。
