2026年7月9日，达仁堂(600329.SH)公告，公司董事会近日收到证券事务代表王健先生的书面辞呈，因个人原因辞去证券事务代表职务，辞职自送达董事会之日起生效，离任后不再担任公司任何职务。
公告显示，王健先生未持有公司股票，不存在应履行而未履行的承诺事项。
