高尿酸长期维持在420左右对身体危害大。如果病人叫高尿酸血症，虽然比正常人偏高，但是不是痛风的病人相对来说还好一些。如果是痛风的病人，尿酸老持续在420，建议还要让它往下降，因为随时都可以诱发成痛风复发。
