罚单显示，该中心支公司的主要违法违规行为是：诱导投保人不履行如实告知义务。
针对上述违法行为，新疆金融监管局对中国大地财产保险股份有限公司乌鲁木齐中心支公司罚款6万元；对易帆警告并罚款2万元。
