7月9日，国内存储龙头长鑫科技正式启动科创板IPO发行程序。据公告，公司新股网下申购日和网上申购日均为2026年7月16日，7月20日公布配售结果。
长鑫科技本次发行66.88亿股，计及超额配股权将高达76.91亿股。其中，初始战略配售数量为33.44亿股，占拟发行数量的50.00%；网下初始发行数量为26.75亿股；网上初始发行数量为6.69亿股。
