7月7日，云南省应急管理厅披露的两份挂牌督办通知书，大理州洱源县发生的一起水害事故和曲靖市麒麟区发生的一起交通事故，分别致3人死亡。根据《较大事故查处挂牌督办办法》，省安委会决定对这两起事故查处进行挂牌督办。
