7月7日8时，南宁水文中心升级发布洪水红色预警。南宁水文中心预计，未来6～18小时，受台风强降雨影响，清水河宾阳县邹圩镇河段将出现超警戒水位（88.0米）4.5米左右的洪水，郁江横州市城区河段将出现超警戒水位（54.2米）1.8米左右的洪水，郁江南宁城区河段将出现超设防水位（69.4米）1.5米左右的洪水。
