格隆汇7月6日｜随着海基武器系统需求激增，洛克希德·马丁公司同意以34.5亿美元的价格从私募股权公司Advent手中收购一家海军防务企业。根据周一发布的声明，这家名为Ultra Maritime的企业由Advent旗下的CobhamUltra子公司出售。据Ultra Maritime官网介绍，该公司专注于空中、水面及水下领域的反潜作战，涵盖声纳浮标探测、声纳系统及鱼雷对抗措施等业务，为美国、加拿大、英国和澳大利亚的海军提供产品和服务。
