7月6日，上交所官网显示，宇树科技股份有限公司（简称“宇树科技”）科创板IPO审核状态变更为“注册生效”。7月2日，据中国证监会网站消息，证监会发布关于同意宇树科技首次公开发行股票注册的批复。从今年3月20日获受理，到6月1日过会、7月2日注册生效，宇树科技IPO用时仅104天，创下科创板预先审阅机制落地以来最快审核纪录。（时代财经 庞宇）
