根据广西南宁市、贵港市当前的台风暴雨洪水防御形势，按照广西水利厅洪水防御工作预案，经综合分析研判，广西水利厅决定自7月6日16时将针对南宁市、贵港市的洪水防御二级应急响应提升为一级应急响应。
