人民财讯7月6日电，正裕工业(603089)7月6日公告，根据海外业务经营战略需要，公司及全资子公司宁波鸿裕公司拟共同向全资子公司正裕泰国公司增资9.2亿泰铢（以7月6日汇率换算，折1.88亿元人民币）。增资后，投资总额将增至14亿泰铢，股权架构不变。
