据横州市应急管理局，横州市六蓝水库、云表水库、三岔水库、茶园水库发生险情，危及下游众多群众。经市应急管理委员会办公室会同应急、水利、水文、自然等部门会商研判，并报请市应急管理委员会领导批准，决定自7月6日9:30起，将防汛（台风、暴雨、山洪、地质灾害）二级应急响应调整为一级应急响应。
